How to make Singaporean rice at home? They are very easy to make and make great fun. Let’s see what is needed to make them.

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 150 Grams
  • Rice 2 Cups
  • Noodles 1/2 Packet
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrots 1
  • Green onion 1
  • Onion 1
  • Cabbage 1/4
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste.
  • 2 to 3 Green Chili
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • 1 tablespoon of white cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 1 cup of tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • Chopped red chili 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Cooking oil as required

Method

Step 1

Boil water in a pan and add turmeric.

Step 2

When the water boils, add the noodles and when soft, remove from the heat and strain.

Step 3

Put the boiled noodles in hot oil and fry.

Step 4

Boil two tablespoons of oil, salt and white cumin in water and boil rice in this water.

Step 5

Cut green chillies into long pieces, finely chop the garlic and fry in hot oil.

Step 6

Cut onion, cauliflower, capsicum and carrot into pieces.

Step 7

Add hot and ginger paste in hot oil, lightly brown and add chicken and fry.

Step 8

Mix all the chopped vegetables and add red pepper, black pepper, salt, oysters and tomato ketchup.

Step 9

Add cornflour from the pan to the water and mix. Add the sauce and thicken.

Step 10

Mix mayonnaise, water and red pepper in a bowl.

Step 11

Layer the boiled rice in the dish and spread the vegetable mixture on top.

Step 12

Sprinkle the prepared mayonnaise mixture and fried garlic on top.

Step 13

And put the prepared noodles on top.

Step 14

Delicious Singaporean rice is ready. Eat and enjoy.
